3D Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to join a hugely successful high-end fitout buisness who have a solid pipeline of work with a good stream of repeat clients - did I mention HIGH END? These projects are epic and the finish is to an excellent standard!!

THE ROLE

• Managing the construction process from inception to completion.
• Manage the delivery team, program, contracts administration team, financial reporting and budgeting throughout the project.
• Lead Safety meetings on site and coach team members on safe practices
• Have significant involvement and jump in to the ECI and tendering process, walk the client through the job and secure a healthy margin prior to winning the project
• Enhance the construction process with your building knowledge and guide others around you
• Be accountable for Quality Control, Safety Management and OHS&E procedures at all times.

YOU 

• Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or related discipline.
• You're an up and comer with fire in the belly!
• You conduct yourself and your sites with a huge focus on safety and accountability.
• Experience in Building & Construction Management of multiple fitout projects between $2m - $20m in value.
• Plenty of D&C experience
• Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
• Experience working in high pressure situations within large teams.
