WHAT YOU GET

- Salary of $180,000 - $210,000 Total salary package
- Most projects are negotiated, with the business not reliant on competitive hard tendering
- Central location without being in the chaos of the CBD
- Industrial focused projects with some focus on commercial
- Distribution centres, Large warehouses, Business Parks and large format retail, Schools, etc
- Projects between $5m - $60m in value
- Managing the construction process from inception to completion.
- Working collaboratively with delivery teams, contracts administration team
- Running the program, financial reporting and budgeting throughout the project.
- Lead Safety meetings on site and coach team members on safe practices
- Have significant involvement with clients from ECI and tendering to walk throughs on site.
- Ensure construction roadmap is on track with your ability to get the most out of the teams
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or related discipline.
- You conduct yourself and your sites with a huge focus on safety and accountability.
- Experience in Building & Construction Management of multiple fitout projects between $2m - $20m in value.
- Plenty of D&C experience
- Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
- Experience working in high pressure situations within large teams.
