Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from contract award through to completion.
- Oversee project planning, programming, and financial control.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with site teams to maintain safety, quality, and programme.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within the industrial or commercial building sector.
- Strong contract administration and financial management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of OH&S and construction compliance.
