- Specialised/Technical Factory Developments - $10m - $30m
Reporting into your Construction Manager, your key responsibilities will be as follows;
- Managing the construction process end to end on D&C Projects
- Manage the delivery team, program, contracts administration team, financial reporting and budgeting
- Be accountable for Quality Control, Safety Management and OHS&E procedures at all times
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Mentoring members of your team
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering relevant commercial and/or industrial projects beyond $20m
- Previous experiece delivering projects for blue chip end clients
- A high performing individual and well organised
- Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades/subcontractors & colleagues
