3D Recruitment are seeking a standout Senior Project Manager to join a leading Commercial builder specializing in D&C projects.

Their project portfolio extends beyond Social Housing PPP projects, Defence, Education, Hotel & Student Accomodation, as well as across a broad range of Hospital, Laboratory and Healthcare projects.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
Reporting into your Construction Manager, your key responsibilities will be as follows; 

• Managing the construction process end to end on D&C Projects
• Manage the delivery team, program, contracts administration team, financial reporting and budgeting
• Be accountable for Quality Control, Safety Management and OHS&E procedures at all times
• Client & Stakeholder Management 
• Mentoring members of your team 

YOU 

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering relevant commercial and/or industrial projects beyond $20m 
• Previous experiece delivering projects for blue chip end clients 
• A high performing individual and well organised
• Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades/subcontractors & colleagues
