- Projects between $20m - $120m
- Scheduling Trades & Coordinating trades
- Assisting the Senior Site Manager
- Writing up project schedule / program
- Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
- Conducting Site Meetings - Toolbox Talks, OHS issues etc.
- Overall Site Safety and OHS&E
- Liaising with stakeholders - Sub Contractors, Office Team & Neighbouring Tenants
- A trade and/or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Leading Hand / Site Foreman or Site Management role will be needed to succeed.
- You will have been a part of the delivery team on a number of Commercial Projects from ground works to finishes.
- Projects worked on will include Schools, Community, Hospitals etc.
- Basic computer skills will also be desired in order to communicate with all stakeholders. programs include Procore & Hammertech.
