We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable builder delivering commercial projects across Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs.
About the Company
Our client is a well-established commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Melbourne. With a focus on Early childhood facilities, industrial builds, and mixed-use developments, they pride themselves on building long-term relationships, maintaining a strong safety culture, and offering a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Oversee subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain quality and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S, company policies, and project specifications.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and wider team to deliver projects successfully.
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business professionally on site.
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial building projects (early childhood centres, industrial, large format retail, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and drive program outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid commitment to safety and quality.
