WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced Site Manager who has delivered projects beyond $20m from start to finish
- Experience delivering industrial and/or commercial projects for a head contractor as a Site Manager (this is not a junior role)
- A go getter that can delegate to their team and manage sub contractors effectively
- A Site Manager that can enter information to Hammertech, Procore and other construction software daily
- Competitive salary package on offer

- Incredibly strong balance sheet and overall financials are solid
- A $40m industrial/warehouse project based in Archerfield
- This builder is a specialist in medium to large scale indusrial & commercial projects between $20m - $70m in value
- Scheduling Trades
- Writing up project schedule / program (you'll be taught this)
- Communicating with your Project Manager and Site Manager daily
- Adding information and pictures to Hammertech & Procore
- Conducting Site Meetings - Toolbox Talks, OHS issues etc.
- Overall Site Safety and OHS&E
- Liaising with stakeholders - Sub Contractors, Office Team & Neighbouring Tenants
- Advising on any design issues as the build progresses
- Experience in working for a commercial builder as a Site Manager delivering on medium to large scale commercial projects.
- Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish.
- Understanding of construction software and the ability to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
