WHAT YOU GET

- Clear progression pathway into Senior Site Manager

- Design & Construct new-build commercial projects
- Diverse mix of Early Childhood Centres, Religious facilities and other Education focused projects
- Typical project values $5m – $15m
- Full site responsibility – run your project from ground-breaking to handover
- Lead and mentor site teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Drive program, safety, quality and cost control
- Interpret drawings, manage RFIs, variations and procurement schedules
- Regular client and consultant liaison with a focus on repeat business
- Proactive issue resolution and detailed reporting to senior management
- MUST HAVE Proven track record as a Site Manager on commercial / education new-build projects $5-10m+
- Strong tenure with previous employers (ideally Tier 3 commercial builders in Australia)
- Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
- Extreme high attention to detail
