- New Build commercial Projects between $5m - $20m
- Large Format Retail Builds
- Pad Sites & Drive Thrus
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of managing projects valued at $15m and above.
- Proficient in construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Procore, Hammertech, Buildpass, 1Breadcrumb, Sign on Site, and other relevant construction software is highly advantageous.
- Skilled in team management and motivation.
- Capable of thriving under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proven history as a Site Manager delivering diverse commercial and/or industrial projects.
- Previous success in handling projects for blue-chip & Government clients.
- Dedicated to fostering lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades, and subcontractors.
- Enjoys collaborating with like-minded individuals in a positive and humorous work environment.
