Site Manager – Western Suburbs
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable T3 builder delivering Education and Community focused commercial projects across Melbourne’s Western Suburbs. 

About the Company
Our client is a well-established T3 builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Melbourne. With a focus on Education, Sports pavilions and community projects they pride themselves on building long-term relationships, maintaining a strong safety culture, and offering a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Oversee subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain quality and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S, company policies, and project specifications.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and wider team to deliver projects successfully.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business professionally on site.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial building projects (Education and pavilions, must have VSBA experience).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and drive program outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid commitment to safety and quality.
