THE ROLE
- Coordinating Subcontractors
- Managing your foreman and coordinators
- The project/s will require you to assist in running the structure through to handover.
- Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
- Working alongside the Project team to ensure timely delivery
- Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standards

- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fitouts and refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and fitout-specific processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sites in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or trade qualifications
