THE COMPANY
A well-established construction specialist with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality fitout and refurbishment projects across Victoria.
With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking two experienced Site Managers to join their growing team one based in the CBD, the other in the Western Suburbs.

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Must have delivered projects as a Site Manager overseeing trades
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering relevant commercial and/or industrial projects across diverse sectors
- Previous experience delivering projects for blue chip end clients
- Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors
- Work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments
