- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Site Manager role
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently, overseeing all trades
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage subcontractor inductions, onboarding, and compliance using Buildpass.
- Manage and chair subcontractor meetings and monitor performance.
- Issue and close out non-conformance and corrective action reports.
- Ability to motivate and lead site teams
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience delivering commercial and/or industrial projects across varied sectors
- High computer literacy with confidence working across multiple platforms
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades and subcontractors
- A positive attitude and desire to work with likeminded individuals who value good humor and an easy-going environment
