An award-winning, privately-owned commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a landmark fit-out project located within one of Melbourne’s most iconic CBD buildings.

THE ROLE & YOU

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• MUST have delivered projects as a Site Manager overseeing all trades
• High-end fitout experience is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Use of Procore, 1Breadcrumb, Sign on Site and another construction software will be highly regarded
• Ability to manage and motivate subbies
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience delivering projects for blue chip end clients 
• Work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments
