3D Recruitment are seeking Site Managers to join a number of hugely successful Commercial builders, working on regional projects across Victoria.

THE ROLE & YOU
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of managing projects valued at $5m and above.
  • Proficient in construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Hammertech, Buildpass, 1Breadcrumb, Sign on Site, and other relevant construction software is highly advantageous.
  • Skilled in team management and motivation.
  • Capable of thriving under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proven history as a Site Manager delivering diverse commercial and/or industrial projects.
  • Previous success in handling projects for blue-chip & Government clients.
  • Dedicated to fostering lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades, and subcontractors.
  • Enjoys collaborating with like-minded individuals in a positive and humorous work environment.
