3D Recruitment are searching for a Site Manager to join a hugely successful organisation on a project in Wangaratta.

• Schools
• Child care Centres
• Sports Pavillions
• Other Commercial Builds builds between $2m - $10m

THE ROLE

• Scheduling Trades
• Writing up project schedule / program (you'll be taught this)
• Communicating with your Project Manager and Site Manager daily
• Adding information and pictures to Hammertech & Procore
• Conducting Site Meetings - Toolbox Talks, OHS issues etc.
• Overall Site Safety and OHS&E
• Liaising with stakeholders - Sub Contractors, Office Team & Neighbouring Tenants
• Advising on any design issues as the build progresses

YOU

• Experience in working for a commercial builder as a Site Manager  delivering on medium to large scale commercial projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish.
• Understanding of construction software and the ability to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
