3D Commercial are seeking a Site Manager with experience on new build commercial projects based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

WHAT YOU GET
- $170,000 Total Salary Package
- 5 Days Per week (minimal Saturdays required)
- 5 ADDITIONAL days off through the year

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering relevant commercial and/or industrial projects across diverse sectors
- Previous experiece delivering projects for blue chip end clients
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple platforms such as Hammertech & Procore
- Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors
- Work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments
