PROJECTS Specialising in high-end, complex fitouts and refurbishments, this builder delivers projects across Retail, Hospitality, Transport, Services Infrastructure, and Commercial sectors. Known for long-standing client relationships, they transform spaces with precision, innovation, and attention to detail, consistently achieving premium outcomes that reflect each client’s vision.
THE ROLE The Submissions Coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of tenders, EOIs, and proposals. Working closely with pre-construction, estimating, and senior management, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate, professional, and compelling submissions that showcase capability and win work. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the tender process from enquiry through to submission
- Drafting, editing, and proofreading bid documents to ensure clarity and precision
- Coordinating across internal teams to meet deadlines and submission requirements
- Supporting senior management with ad-hoc business development and marketing tasks
YOU - Previous experience in a similar submissions or proposals role, ideally within construction
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- A team player with a positive mindset and commitment to high performance
